Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you are an American with a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (518) 762-7829 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for any American with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

The Scariest Floor Contest!

October 6th, 2011 · 2 Comments

This October, we’re launching the Scariest Floor Contest! Show us your scary floor and enter to win a new one from R&Q!

Remember the Ugly Floor Contest? A bunch of you submitted great photos of your ugly floors and everyone voted for who received brand new custom laminate flooring from Shaw.  Due to overwhelming demand, we’re doing it again!

This time, everyone who enters the contest will get a FREE $50 R&Q Gift Card to use in-store only.

The R&Q Fan with the floor that is voted the SCARIEST will win 225 SF of Shaw carpet (enough for a 15×15 room)!

The winning package includes a few things. R&Q will:

  • provide the new materials and installation for your new floor

I live in a trailer that has no carpenting except for the kitchen. The Kitchen carpet has to be at least 40 years old if not older…It is the oringinal carpet in the trailer. There is no insulation under the trailer so our floors are quite cold. It is truly scary.
