At Ruby & Quiri, we are known far and wide for our amazing customer service. Beyond the included services we offer as a part of doing business with us, we make it our personal mission to do our best every single day to make your shopping experience with us flawless. You might have noticed—the owner has his personal cell phone number on business cards and our website. If a customer were to receive service below R&Q’s standards, he would want to hear it first-hand. And guess what? He’s never received a call.

In-House Service Department

You can feel confident with every purchase you make at Ruby & Quiri because we take care of you and your product. We service everything at R&Q in our in-house service department. Our certified, experienced technicians in our factory-authorized repair department ensures your purchases top-notch and we even supply you with loaner products during the repair process. Our Replacement Parts Department means we have everything we need on-hand to take care of your repairs as soon as possible.

Very few furniture stores offer an in-house service department, and ours is the only one of its kind in our service market.

We make it our business to follow up with customers on a regular basis. But asking them survey questions on a scale of 1 to 5, we can gauge how their experience went, if it was positive, and what aspects or parts of the store need work. And the results are great! 95.4% of the time, customers answer with a 5! (The highest possible score.) And if you count in the 4’s, that adds up to 99.2% of the time!
