This customer needed major floor repairs from an incorrect installation from another store. She called R&Q to assess the situation, and, holiday or not, our team pulled through:
My kitchen linoleum, which was installed and purchased from another flooring dealer in the Gloversville area, was starting to bubble, approximately a 24-inch x 6-inch section, in front of my kitchen stove. Due to having a bad experience having the linoleum installed, my husband and I went to Ruby and Quiri to see if they would be able to repair my flooring. When entering the store, we spoke to Tony Siler, who in turn spoke to Amy and Rick, Jr.
Rick, Jr immediately scheduled us an appointment with Rob. Rob came out on Christmas Eve morning, assessed the situation and immediately got on the phone to their installers, who had the day off for the holiday. Both installers agreed to come in on their day off and repair my flooring. They did the best they could with what they had to work with – unfortunately, the flooring was installed incorrectly and will have to be replaced.
My husband and I have purchased all our living room furniture, dining room furniture and our new carpeting from Ruby & Quiri – believe me – we will never do business with another store. When we replace the flooring in the kitchen, Ruby & Quiri is the only place we will be going. Thank you everyone for going the extra mile!!
