This Saturday, August 27, we feature “Chef J” preparing a “Market Fresh” menu right here at Ruby & Quiri!
Chef Jason McCormick, of Gradnma Millie’s Bakery in Johnstown, NY, will be on-site, preparing a menu inspired by ingredients from our own local Farmer’s Market. The menu includes:
- Stuffed Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
- Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
- Spinach & Euphrates Feta Cheese Puffs
- Farmers Market Pasta Salad
- Raspberry Lemon Thumbprint Cookies
Be sure to stop in Saturday between 11am and 2:30pm to sample some of Chef J’s delicious creations!
